Partnership with NatWest to challenge stereotypes of women entrepreneurs and empower them with role models and support to grow their businesses.
Women are less likely to pursue entrepreneurship at almost every stage, and a big part of that is the lack of visible role models. In partnership with NatWest, we launched a campaign out to change that.
The campaign challenged the typical tropes. Too often, women business owners are shown as young and limited to just a few industries. The Female Focus collection broke those boundaries. We featured over 2,500 licensable images and videos of 30 real business owners from NatWest’s customer base, showing the true diversity of women entrepreneurs—from agriculture to tech to wellness.
Each participant received one-on-one coaching, business support, and a chance to promote their work across multiple platforms. And, of course, they were the faces of the collection.
The campaign took off through media partnerships, social channels, a virtual exhibition, and events hosted with NatWest.
