The Challenge

Women make up less than a third of UK entrepreneurs, with lack of visible role models being a major barrier. Female business owners are often portrayed in narrow stereotypes, failing to reflect the diversity of industries and backgrounds they represent.

The Solution

We launched Female Focus, a campaign redefining how female entrepreneurs are represented in media and advertising. Featuring 2,500+ licensable images and videos of 30 real business owners across industries - from agriculture to tech to wellness - it captured the real, unfiltered experience of running a business.

Each participant received coaching, business support, and a global platform to share their work. The campaign gained momentum through media partnerships, social channels, a virtual exhibition, and NatWest-hosted events - not just challenging stereotypes, but giving women the visibility, tools, and inspiration to succeed.
